What are the shows' dates and times?
The Grand Pavois La Rochelle will run from September 23 to 28, 2025, from 10am to 7pm, except on Sunday, from 10am to 6pm. There are no days reserved for professionals, and no evening events.
When is Les Minimes car park closed (assembly) and until when (dismantling)?
The Minimes parking lot will be closed from September 1 for the areas near the harbour master’s office and the Forum des Pertuis, until October 12.
The beach will be inaccessible from September 15 to October 3 inclusive. (dates to be confirmed).
I'm a sailor, how do I access my boat during the show?
All pontoons except 1 to 7, which host the afloat exhibition, are freely accessible during the show.
As for vehicle parking, the parking lots on the digue du bout blanc and the digue du Lazaret, reserved for yachtsmen, are still accessible to users in possession of a pass issued by the Port of La Rochelle.
Can I benefit from reductions on transport during the Grand Pavois La Rochelle (plane, train tickets)?
We do not have a transport agreement.
Free shuttle buses will pick you up from the Parking des Salines in La Rochelle (parking charges apply).
You can also park in the Parkings-Relais P+R (free) and finish your tajet by bus at the bus network price (1.5€ per person per journey or 5€ unlimited for 5 people over the day).
Are there shuttle buses between the centre of La Rochelle or the station and the show?
Near the train station and the show, park at the Parking Les Salines (paying parking lot) and take advantage of the free shuttles provided by Grand Pavois La Rochelle to reach the boat show.
The shuttles run every 10 minutes from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. throughout the show.
There are no free shuttles between the city center or train station and Grand Pavois La Rochelle.
Are the shuttle buses free? What are the times of the shuttle buses (start/finish)?
The shuttle bus service between the Les Salines visitors’ parking lot and Grand Pavois La Rochelle is free of charge. The shuttle buses run between 9:30 am (first departure) and 7:30 pm (last departure). The Les Salines parking lot remains chargeable.
Sea buses will run from 8:30 am to 7:45 pm from the Vieux Port and from 9:00 am to 8:15 pm from Les Minimes, with departures every 20 minutes.
Are the shuttle buses accessible solely on presentation of an admission ticket?
Shuttle buses are available to anyone parking in the Les Salines visitor parking lot.
Is there a sea bus route? Where does it depart and arrive? What is the price?
The sea bus links the city center to the Grand Pavois La Rochelle from 8:30 am to 7:45 pm from the Vieux Port and from 9:00 am to 8:15 pm from Les Minimes, with departures every 20 minutes.
The fare is 3 euros per person per crossing.
Is there a shuttle bus from the airport? What is the price?
There is no shuttle service between the airport and Grand Pavois La Rochelle.
From La Rochelle airport, you can take the Illico 1B line (Monday to Saturday) and the D5 line (Sunday).
Where are the nearest car parks? Are they free?
We recommend that you park in the Les Salines pay parking lot (follow the signs) and take the free shuttle buses provided by Le Grand Pavois La Rochelle.
You can also park in one of the 5 park-and-ride facilities in the La Rochelle urban area.

If I come by bicycle or motorcycle, where can I park?
Two-wheeler parking is available in front of the boat show entrance, and several bike racks are installed around the show.

From what age do children have to pay?
Admission is paying for children from 13 years.
Is there a special price if I attend the show every day?
There is a “permanent” ticket for access to the boat show for the entire duration of the show, priced at 35 euros.
Is it possible to buy your ticket on site and what payment methods can be used?
Tickets can be collected on site. We accept payment in cash or by credit card.
What is the deadline for ordering your ticket online?
The online ticketing service is open until the show closes. Preferential rates are only available through the online ticketing service until 11:59 pm on the day before the first day of the show.
How to obtain an invitation
Invitations are reserved for exhibitors on behalf of their customers, winners of competitions and our partners. We cannot issue invitations on request. Invitations cannot be sold.
I am unable to order my ticket online (error message), what should I do?
If this is the case, don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can find a solution together.
I haven't printed my ticket, can I print it on site? What should I do if I haven't printed my ticket?
Simply present your smartphone with your E-ticket at the entrance to the boat show, and the access controllers will scan the ticket’s QR code.
I bought my ticket online but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Contact us and we’ll put you in touch with the accounts department, and your e-ticket will be e-mailed directly to you.
To obtain your e-ticket on site, simply go to the show reception desk. With your name or e-mail address, we’ll be able to retrieve your e-ticket.
I can't find the email with my e-ticket. What should I do?
Contact us and we’ll put you in touch with the accounts department, and your e-ticket will be sent to you by e-mail.
To obtain your e-ticket on site, simply present yourself at the show entrances. We’ll find your e-ticket with your name or e-mail address. Proof of identity will be required.
Is there an entrance reserved for people who have already bought their ticket?
Yes, a priority access lane is reserved for E-ticket holders at the boat show entrances.
Is the ticket nominative?
The ticket is nominative and valid for one day (except “permanent fare”). Even if the ticket is nominative, you can transfer it to a third party if you cannot use it yourself. However, resale of your ticket is not permitted.
I can no longer attend the show, can I transfer my ticket to a third person?
Even if the e-ticket is nominative, it can be transferred free of charge to a third party. In the case of a reduced-rate ticket purchased at the show entrance, it can only be transferred if the visitor’s profile is identical.
I can no longer attend the show, what are the conditions for obtaining a refund?
In accordance with the general conditions of sale, e-tickets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Access to the show
Can I enter and leave the show at any time?
If your pass is valid for one person and one day (except for the “permanent rate”), you can enter and leave at any time. Remember to tell the ticket inspector that you plan to return at a later date, and you’ll be issued with a counterfoil.
Does the ticket provide access to all of the show (all the activities, etc.)?
The ticket gives access to all exhibition areas. Some events (e.g. speedboat outings) may be subject to a charge, and some conferences may be private. This will be indicated on the program. The vast majority of events are free and open to all.
Can I visit the show with my children?
You are welcome to bring your children to the boat show. They remain under your full responsibility. For safety reasons, we do not allow strollers on the pontoons, especially during busy periods.
Can strollers access the pontoons?
Strollers are permitted empty. For safety reasons, children must be in the arms of a parent. We therefore recommend that strollers remain at the top of the pontoons.
Is the show accessible to people with reduced mobility?
The lounge is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Are pets allowed
Pets are allowed on the show floor, but only on a leash. However, for safety reasons, we advise them against accessing the pontoons during busy periods.

For obvious safety reasons, bicycles and scooters (electric or otherwise) are not allowed inside the boat show.

Do I have to register to participate in certain activities?
When access to an event or conference is subject to registration, we will indicate this in the program of events here.
This may also be the case in the event of large crowds.
Are the activities and conferences free of charge?
The vast majority of events are free and open to all.
Some events (e.g. speedboat outings) may be subject to a charge, and some conferences may be private. Please note that visiting exhibited boats is not an event, and only the exhibitor is authorized to accept or refuse visits to boats exhibited on land or afloat.
Are there guided tours? (And for foreign visitors, with a translator?)
There are no guided tours with or without a translator.
Is it possible to visit the in-water boats? If so, should I make an appointment and how do I do this?
Only the exhibitor is authorized to accept or refuse visits to boats exhibited on land or afloat.
If you are planning to buy a boat, we recommend that you make an appointment with your boatyard or dealer before coming to the show. Appointments can be made directly with exhibitors before the show, or by visiting the stand.
How can I benefit from a sea trial?
Some boats exhibited afloat are available for sea trials during the entire show opening period (trial pontoon located on pontoon 1), others only when the pontoons open at the end of the day.
Please note that not all boats exhibited afloat are available for sea trials, and that only the exhibitor is authorized to accept or refuse sea trials. If you are planning to buy a boat and would like to take it for a test drive, we recommend that you contact your boatyard or dealer before the show to find out whether the boat of your choice is available for testing.
Is there a mass during the show? At what time and where?
As tradition dictates, a mass will be held (date and place to be announced). Please note that you will need a ticket to attend, and to comply with current health regulations.

Does the show offer secure Wi-Fi access?
A free Wi-Fi service is provided at the Grand Pavois La Rochelle in partnership with Orange.
Does the show offer cloakrooms/lockers?
There are no cloakrooms/lockers at the Grand Pavois La Rochelle owing to the anti-terrorist plan in force. Your personal belongings are entirely under your responsibility.
Is there a cash machine at the show?

Is there a lost and found service at the show?
If you have lost a personal item, please go to the show’s Commissariat Général or call the Grand Pavois reception desk on 05 46 44 46 39.
Are there areas provided for picnics?
There are no areas provided for this purpose. However, you can take a picnic with you. It is authorised.
Is smoking authorised (outdoors) at the show?
Yes, smoking is authorised. Note that it is strictly forbidden to discard cigarette butts on the ground (beach, basin, port, etc.), please use a pocket ashtray. Also, out of courtesy, please do not inconvenience other people and keep away from busy paths.
