Opening hours

The Grand Pavois La Rochelle

The exhibition opens its doors from Tuesday September 23 to Saturday September 27, from 10am to 7pm, and on Sunday September 28, from 10am to 6pm. Come and discover an exceptional event, where maritime innovation meets the latest trends in the nautical industry, with hundreds of boats, state-of-the-art equipment and preview demonstrations.

The Grand Pavois Beach area

Located at the heart of the event, the Grand Pavois Beach area awaits you from Thursday, September 25 to Sunday, September 28, from 10am to 6pm, to discover and practice board sports, light sailing, water sports and new disciplines such as skateboarding, all in a dynamic and friendly atmosphere by the sea.

Entrance fees

The Grand Pavois La Rochelle ticket sales office is closed. Opening planned for spring 2025.

Before the show opens

  • Full price: 15 euros
  • Free admission for children under 12 (included)
  • Reduced rate (groups of 10 or more / 13-18 years old/ students with supporting documents / jobseekers with supporting documents) : 10 euros
  • Duo rate (valid for 2 people for one day) : 25 euros
  • Permanent ticket (valid for the entire duration of the show) : 35 euros
  • Exclusive pass (valid for 1 person for one day) : 110 euros

After the show opens

  • Full price: 20 euros
  • Free admission for children under 12 (included)
  • Reduced rate (group of 10 or more / 13-18 years old / students with supporting documents/ jobseekers with supporting documents) : 10 euros

By bike

Coming to the Grand Pavois by bike is a practical and pleasant choice, as the Minimes district is easily accessible by bike from the city center or the various districts of La Rochelle.

Bike racks

A number of bike racks are set up around the show, allowing you to leave your bike in complete peace of mind.

Want to come to the Grand Pavois but don’t have a bike? Yélo’s self-service bike stations, located throughout La Rochelle and the surrounding area, make it easy to get from one place to another. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering great flexibility for your journeys.

By Yélo bus

Easily reach the Grand Pavois show with Yélo’s regular bus lines:

  • Illico 4 (Direction Plage des Minimes) – Plage des Minimes stop: 17 min
  • Illico 3 (Direction Normandin) – Europe stop: 18 min

By Nouvelle-Aquitaine Car

Join the Grand Pavois from Royan, Ile d’Oléron, Surgères, Courçon, Marans, Rochefort, Ile de Ré or Niort, for €2.50 a trip or €4.50 return!
The Region will take you to the La Rochelle bus station (behind the SNCF train station) with its 10 regional coach lines.

Near the station, the free shuttles set up by Grand Pavois La Rochelle at Parking les Salines will take you to the boat show in complete peace of mind. The shuttles run every 10 minutes throughout the show, from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm.

By boat

The Bus de Mer links La Rochelle’s Old Port with the Minimes harbor (and vice versa) and runs from 8:30 am to 7:45 pm, departing every 20 minutes.

Boarding points are located:

  • On the Old Port, at the foot of the Tour de la Chaîne
  • At the Minimes Marina, pontoon 7

They operate in exactly the same way as the bus, with a simple ticket, with or without a Yélo subscription. What’s more, you can easily take your bike on board!

    By train

    You can reach La Rochelle from many major French and European cities, with regular, convenient services and a fast connection to the city center. Once you’ve arrived at the station, the free shuttles provided by Grand Pavois La Rochelle at Parking les Salines will take you to the boat show in complete peace of mind. The shuttles run every 10 minutes from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. throughout the show.

    By TGV

    From Paris, Bordeaux or Poitiers, from September 23 to 28, take advantage of numerous return trips to La Rochelle.

    By TER Nouvelle Aquitaine

    Get to La Rochelle station quickly with TER Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

    By TER with Yélo

    Reach the Grand Pavois at Yélo prices (€1.50) from the six stations in the urban area:

    • La Rochelle station
    • La Rochelle-Porte Dauphine stop
    • Aytré-Plage stop
    • Angoulins-sur-Mer stop
    • Châtelaillon-Plage station
    • La Jarrie stop

    Please note: Don’t forget to validate your ticket at the Yélo validators on the platforms.

    Tip: take advantage of regular shuttle buses to the Salon with the Illico 4 line (Monday to Saturday) and the D4 line (Sunday).

      By car

      Access

      From Paris: 479 km or 4h40 (A10 then N248 and N11)
      From Nantes: 144 km or 1h45 (A83 then D137 or D10 via Pont du Brault)
      From Bordeaux: 184 km or 1h50 (A10 then A837 and D137)

      Our advice: Follow the signs from the ring road (N137) to the Parking des Salines (fee-paying) and take the free shuttles set up by the Grand Pavois La Rochelle to reach the boat show in complete peace of mind. The shuttles run every 10 minutes throughout the show, from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm.

      Think about carpooling

      To reduce the carbon footprint of your journey and facilitate access to the site, we encourage you to carpool. In addition to helping to protect the environment, carpooling allows you to share your transportation costs and make your trip more enjoyable.

      By plane

      La Rochelle – Ile de Ré airport is served by several airlines, with direct flights from various French and European cities, offering a fast and convenient way to reach the event.

      The airport is served by the Illico 1B line to the city center from Monday to Saturday, and the D5 line on Sundays. Throughout the year, the 3/3E La Rochelle-Ile de Ré line serves 10 villages on the Île de Ré from the airport.

      There are various parking options around Grand Pavois La Rochelle to make your arrival easier:

      Visitor parking

      Near the train station and the show, park at the Parking Les Salines (paying parking lot) and take advantage of the free shuttles provided by Grand Pavois La Rochelle to reach the boat show.
      The shuttles run every 10 minutes from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. throughout the show.

      P+R PARK-AND-RIDE FACILITIES

      Park in one of the 5 park-and-ride facilities in the La Rochelle urban area: simplified parking and Yélo bus lines to take you to the show.
