THE RETURN OF THE PYRO-DIGITAL SHOW VOILES DE NUIT
The towers and ramparts of La Rochelle will be lit up and, for the evening, the fore-port will become a unique and magical place. This show, unique in the field of pyrotechnical and musical creation, will be produced by the group Lacroix-Ruggieri, a partner of Voiles de Nuit for many years, and staged by the internationally famous David Proteau. Placed under the direction of Alain Pochon, President of the association Grand Pavois Organisation, Voiles de Nuit will be held at 8 pm on the Saturday of the international in-water boat show and will again combine the land and the sea, history and modernity, fireworks and projections, music and boats. An unforgettable show in view to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Grand Pavois La Rochelle!
Alain Pochon, President of the association Grand Pavois Organisation: « We are delighted to see the return of Voiles de Nuit after a 6-year absence, especially since the Grand Pavois Organisation’s Board of Directors and the entire team felt that it was important to mark the 50th anniversary of the Grand Pavois La Rochelle with the return of this internationally famous show. We are proud to be the creators and organisers of this show which, each time, attracts between 30,000 and 40,000 spectators. Also, we wish to thank the partners which have come together around this event with the presence of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, the Charente-Maritime department, the Communauté d’Agglomération la Rochelle, and La Rochelle marina, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. We invite you to join us on Saturday 1 October for this amazing show marking the 50th edition of the Grand Pavois La Rochelle international in-water boat show. »
