Fort Boyard, guest of honor at the Grand Pavois La Rochelle 2025
Heritage symbol in the spotlight
From September 23 to 28, 2025, Grand Pavois La Rochelle will welcome the legendary Fort Boyard, emblem of Charente-Maritime, as its guest of honor. An exceptional spotlight on this jewel of French maritime history.
A unique immersion in the history of the monument
A dedicated 750 m² space at the heart of the exhibition offers a true immersion in the history and mysteries of Fort Boyard:

- Discussions and book signings with authors who have written about Fort Boyard: Philippe Lafon, Florian Horru, and Agnès de Bonneville.
- An exceptional Lego® model of the fort.
- Construction of Fort Boyard with Minecraft.
- A raffle with tours of Fort Boyard to be won.
- The fort’s official store.
- Exhibitors from Charente-Maritime.
- Musical entertainment.

Saving Fort Boyard: an ambitious and participatory project
Weakened by marine erosion and the passage of time, Fort Boyard is the subject of a vast restoration project led by the Charente-Maritime Department, in partnership with the Charente-Maritime Heritage Foundation.
To support this effort, €1 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Heritage Foundation to help fund the restoration work.
